Permanent Jewelry Expo

About the new PJX event format

PJX is becoming a series of small-group permanent jewelry events centered on guided practice with real equipment, useful questions, and lasting community.

Our next chapter

Big-event connection. Small-room learning.

PJX began as a large annual gathering for the permanent jewelry community and for four years, PJX filled Las Vegas ballrooms — Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood — with up to 600+ people. Now in year five, we are evolving the format to be focused on smaller classes with more individualized training, and we are moving locations and taking advantage of the all new Sunstone Training Center in Springville, UT.

Permanent jewelry remains at the center of PJX, with real equipment, hands-on instruction, practical business education, and meaningful peer connections. The new 2027 format will bring the strongest parts of PJX into smaller and more frequent events throughout the year.

Why the format changed

More time for the work that matters

Smaller events make room for more practice, clearer questions, and training that stays connected to the equipment and day-to-day work.

01

Train 1-on-1

Hands-on sessions prioritize guided practice on real permanent jewelry equipment with permanent jewelry experts.

02

Small groups

Small groups create more room for questions, coaching, and meaningful conversations.

03

Useful outcomes

Equipment practice connects with practical client and business systems attendees can put to work.
